Vote No = Send ILA & USMX Back to the Bargaining Table!

We sent USMX & ILA back to the table in September and won back our October 1 wage increase.
We have 10 months left on this contract.
Make them deliver a better deal!
What we want:
* A real wage bridge: 4 years or 4,000 hours to top rate, whichever comes first.
* USMX should pay for our wage increase, not us.
* Protect our healthcare and pension benefits with higher employer contributions.
* Real protection, not promises, from labor-saving technology.
